Adding compost to the beds |
Today was spent digging compost into the greenhouse beds and continuing to prepare the greenhouse for growing in spring. In the afternoon, whilst I headed off to make marshmallow snowmen at another school, Paul Read from Suffolk Traditional Orchard Group was meeting the EastFeast Coordinator, Bee Farrell, and RH staff to look at adding to the existing orchard and planning edible hedging. Think I might be busy planting a lot of trees come the new year!
